Vintage reels often need replacement of springs and pawls, or require cleaning, and some newer reels may have need for warranty work. Some reels require more serious repairs to remedy significant damage sustained while in the field. Highfields offers Hardy parts and a certified Hardy reel service and repair centre. Mr. Terry Gjernes provides knowledgeable assessments and careful servicing of your reel in a fully outfitted metal shop. Replacement parts and even spools can be machined if necessary.
